These Terms of Use apply to xcelmenswellnesshb.com and trttreatment.xcelmenswellnesshb.com (the “websites”), operated by SC Medical Hunt CA PC, a California professional corporation doing business as Xcel Men's Wellness & TRT (FNP 561962) (“we,” “us”). By using the websites, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Content on the websites is for general information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. No doctor-patient relationship is formed by using the websites, requesting an appointment, calling, or texting us. That relationship begins only when a licensed provider evaluates you.

Emergencies

Don't use the websites, email or texts for urgent or emergency needs. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Treatment

We provide prescription-only medical therapies. Every program requires a medical evaluation, health history review, lab work and a provider consultation. Treatment is not guaranteed and is prescribed only if clinically indicated. Individual results vary, and treatments such as TRT carry potential side effects and risks, which your provider will discuss with you.

Appointment requests

A request on the websites asks for a time; it isn't confirmed until we contact you. We may hold a requested time for a limited period while we confirm it. Prices and lab fees shown on the websites (including any lab fee credited to a first month of treatment) may change; your provider will confirm costs before you commit to anything.

The websites and our services are for adults 18 and older.

Your information

Please give accurate information when you request an appointment. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, our Notice of Privacy Practices and our Text Terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the websites: no attempts to break in, overload or scrape them, no false or automated appointment requests, and nothing unlawful.

Content and trademarks

The websites' text, design, logos and photos belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. Other names and logos shown (such as Google, LegitScript and Quest Diagnostics) belong to their owners.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limits

The websites are provided “as is.” We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. California law

California law governs these terms. Any dispute about the websites will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
