These terms cover calls and text messages from SC Medical Hunt CA PC, doing business as Xcel Men's Wellness & TRT (“Xcel Men's Wellness,” “we,” “us”).
What you agree to
When you submit an appointment request on our websites, or otherwise give us your mobile number and agree to hear from us, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Xcel Men's Wellness at that number. These include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, follow-ups about your visit, and occasional offers. Calls and texts may be sent using automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. You can book by calling us instead.

How often
Message frequency varies, depending on your appointments and conversations with us.
Cost
We don't charge for messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
How to stop
- Texts: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and then no more texts. To start again, reply START or ask us.
- Calls: tell us on any call, or call (657) 655-4420, and we'll stop.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, call (657) 655-4420, or email admin@xcelwell.com.
Opting out of marketing messages doesn't stop messages you need about your care or appointments unless you ask us to stop those too.
Your privacy
We don't sell your mobile number, and we don't share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share it only with the service providers that send our messages, under contract. Texts aren't a secure channel for detailed medical information, so we keep messages short and discuss care details by phone or in person. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date.
